Welcome to the Modular Music Lab Beta Program! We’re excited to have you onboard as we test and refine our human-composed, modular audio library designed specifically for video editors and eLearning professionals.
By participating in our Beta Program, you agree to the following simple guidelines and terms.
1. What You Get
- Free Access to Beta Tracks: As a beta participant, you receive complimentary access to our modular WAV music tracks (featuring our signature 2–4 kHz vocal pocket optimization).
- Commercial / Production Use: You are permitted to use these tracks in your active video editing, media, and eLearning projects during the beta period.
2. What We Ask in Return (Your Role as a Tester)
- Constructive Feedback: We want to build the ultimate music workflow for creators. We ask that you share feedback on track structure, mix clarity, vocal pocket separation, and overall usability.
- Bug & Issue Reporting: If you run into technical glitches, download errors, or playback issues on the site, please let us know right away via our Contact Page.
3. Usage Rights & Licensing
- Beta Commercial License: During this beta phase, you are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use downloaded tracks within your published media and eLearning projects. Any project published during the beta period remains permanently licensed—even after our official commercial launch.
- Ongoing Free Sample / Evaluation Use: Sample tracks and demo bundles downloaded from Modular Music Lab may be used freely in offline draft edits and client pitches to test fit, mixing, and vocal clarity. A paid commercial license will only be required upon final commercial publication or distribution once the full site launches.
- No Redistribution or Reselling: You may not re-sell, re-license, redistribute, or upload standalone audio files to stock libraries, content ID databases, or third-party platforms as standalone music files.
4. Beta Expectations & Site Evolution
- Work in Progress: This site and music library are currently under active development. You may occasionally encounter updates, changing track arrangements, or site improvements.
- No Guarantees: While we strive for maximum uptime and stability, the beta platform is provided “as is” during this testing phase.
5. Program Duration & Future Updates
- We reserve the right to modify or conclude the beta phase at any time as we prepare for our official full launch.
- Any projects created and published using beta tracks during this period remain fully licensed and covered.
